How does a sustainable company outing fit within our CSR policy?

Our activities are designed to create social impact. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are flexible and customer-oriented. We are happy to help you tailor the activity so that it perfectly aligns with your CSR policy.

Is a sustainable company outing suitable for everyone in our team?

Our outings are suitable for all ages and physical abilities. Is your team active, competitive, and likes to move? Then we recommend the Litter Challenge or Live Stratego. Does your team have more social and caring qualities? Take a look at one of our “Help Others” activities or the Plastic Fishing experience. We are happy to discuss your team’s profile with you so that we can provide a tailored recommendation.

How does the outing contribute to team building?

The assignments and tasks require teamwork and coordination. The social contribution brings a sense of satisfaction. Sharing this sense of fulfillment and the experience with colleagues has a positive effect on team spirit and togetherness.

How does this offering differ from regular team-building activities?

Can the outing be organized from our own location?

We are happy to organize your event at or around your own location. Indoor workshops and quizzes are always possible. Visiting a care facility or cleaning up litter in your area depends on the available facilities.

Which certifications or credentials does Duurzaam Bedrijfsuitje hold?

What happens in case of bad weather?

We offer a bad-weather guarantee. This means our experienced hosts can adapt the program as needed to ensure it stays dry, enjoyable, and relevant. We coordinate these adjustments with the participants to keep the experience comfortable for everyone.

How are travel costs handled?

Our base of operations is Eindhoven. Within the Eindhoven area, no travel costs apply. For events with our guidance in southern, central, or northern parts of the Netherlands, as well as in Belgium, travel costs do apply. These depend on the travel distance. Please contact us to discuss the specific costs for your location.

What happens if I want to change or cancel my booking?

You can modify your booking up to six weeks before the event, in consultation with us. If you wish to cancel, cancellation fees apply depending on the timing, ranging from 10% to 100% of the total amount. We recommend carefully reviewing the general terms and conditions regarding changes and cancellations.

What are the payment options?

After booking, you will receive an invoice by email in PDF format, payable within 14 days. Payment is typically made by invoice, or – with a 4% surcharge – by credit card or via portals such as SAP Ariba and Rijksinkopen. For package trips, payments are securely handled through STO Garant, ensuring your payment is fully protected. Every transaction is managed with care, security, and reliability.
