Teambuilding from home with our online game and snack box

Four local businesses from Eindhoven join forces during these difficult times resulting in a new initiative: ‘teambuilding from home with an online game and snack box’. All the packages to choose from are assembled in an environmentally friendly manner: the items are packed by ERGON, a sheltered workshop. Printing is taken care off by PostMasters and Prikkels takes care of the content of the boxes. We, Duurzaam Bedrijfsuitje, provide the creative online quiz or Crazy88 and take care of the communication and processing. The boxes which are left unsold will be donated to a good cause.

  • The online game and snack boxes are available from €26,- per box and are including an online team game (QR code).
  • Or a box delivered through the letterbox, available from €20,- per box.
  • Christmas gift boxes are also available (for the same price range).

The quantity, purpose, message and whether you are satisfied with the content, is most important to us! If, for example, you wish to include organic and fair trade products, or a themed quiz; we are happy to create these in consultation. Another possibility is for us to host the evening, meaning we will be a quiz master presenting the game or quiz and keep the score.

Online teambuilding

Choose for an online quiz or an online Crazy88 game.

  • The quiz consists of 100 very diverse riddles, questions, and puzzles. Your knowledge will be tested in nine different rounds. Make contact with your colleagues through Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams and play the quiz at the same time and see who scores the most points!
  • The online Crazy88 game consists of 88 do-it-yourself challenges. The game is based on the BNN’s television programme broadcasted back in 2008. The hilarious game has been developed in such manner it can be played individually or in teams. By means of photo and film fragments, you reveal to the others which of the 88 challenges you have completed. Who can complete the most challenges within a certain time frame?
  • Available in Dutch or English.

 

Select a box of choice (six different boxes available, business gifts optional)

Choose a letterbox with small snacks (e.g. M&M’s, peanuts, or small chocolates) or a box containing cans of soda, beer or even a bottle of wine. Make the box complete with a (promotional) gift with for example your logo. Choices are unlimited and we are happy to discuss possibilities with you!

 

Always with a personal touch

Two types of letterboxes are available completed designed in line with your house style. And of course, a personal note is added to the box. Please send us your content, logo, corporate identity and any photos and we will make a card with a personal touch! The price also includes printing costs of the note (single or double sided). Please let us know what your wishes are!

 

How does it work?

  • For example, you order 40 or 4.000 boxes (unlimited number) and each box contains a unique QR code in addition to some drinks and snacks. Download the App and QR code (via the Play Store or the App Store) and play together with or against each other online!
  • The online quiz or Crazy88 are supported by the smartphone systems: Android 9 or iOS 12 (or higher). The app is user-friendly.
  • No interaction is required with us. Set a date, time and maybe even some prizes for the winners. A break is easy to be welded in and scores can be viewed at any time. You can determine the live communication channel, for example Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams.
  • You can play individually or maybe you would like your partner or children to play along.
  • Setting a date isn’t necessarily a must, the boxes can also be provided as a gift. The colleague will receive the QR code and can activate it at any point in time, for example, he/she can play online with their own family. The QR codes are valid for four months after shipping.
  • After the toast, the online quiz or Crazy88 game and teambuilding time can start! We will inform you with more details about the usage of the app after an order has been placed.
