Social at the sheltered workshop

We also have a nationwide network of partners where you and your colleagues can find inspiration and offer (additional) assistance at a sheltered workshop. Employees at a sheltered workshop receive more guidance and workplace accommodations than would typically be expected from a regular employer. The work can be simple tasks, but it can also involve high-quality production work. Think of social workplaces where bicycles, food packages, clothing packages, or accessories need to be processed or repaired. On the one hand, the employees (who are often distanced from the labor market) will be happy just to have you there and to receive your attention; on the other hand, thanks in part to your help, a lot of work will get done in a single half-day. Don’t just think about the product that needs to be processed, but also, for example, that thorough cleaning of the workshop and/or cafeteria that never gets done, or a painting or renovation job that keeps getting put off. This activity is always tailored to your needs.

The program begins with coffee or tea and a snack, or lunch if desired. You will then meet our staff and a sheltered workshop manager. Following that, the introduction will take place, and the program will begin.

Option 1

9:30 AM Arrival with coffee/tea and a snack
10:00 AM Introduction and presentation of the sheltered workshop
– followed by a tour and helping out or doing odd jobs.
12:30 PM Goodbye and optional trip to an external restaurant for a delicious lunch

– This program can, of course, also take place in the afternoon from approximately 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Option 2

9:00 AM Arrival with coffee/tea and a snack
9:30 AM Introduction and presentation of the social workshop
– followed by a tour and helping out or doing odd jobs.
12:30 PM Saying goodbye and heading to a delicious lunch
1:30 PM Depending on the region, either a CSR team-building challenge at the center or a Live Stratego or Robinson team-building activity in the adjacent forest/nature area. A bike, tandem, or e-scooter ride, or a fun workshop.
4:30 PM Awards ceremony, drinks, and a delicious meal
End time to be determined

This activity is offered at a fixed price of €1,050 for groups of up to 30 people.
For groups of 30 or more, there is an additional charge of €35 per person.

This price includes our planning and coordination, program coordination, guidance, and photo coverage (excluding photos of the clients). We also provide refreshments for you and the clients in attendance upon arrival, and €2.50 per person goes to a charity to be determined. This includes our unique sustainable corporate outing certificate. This certificate demonstrates your company’s contribution to its CSR policy or compliance with ISO 14001/26000 standards.

Travel expenses to locations in North Brabant and Limburg: €125
Travel expenses to locations in the Randstad, Central Netherlands, and Zeeland: €225
Travel expenses to locations in the Northern Netherlands and Belgium: €325
Delicious lunch buffet starting at €20 per person (usually near the venue)
Delicious dinner buffet or BBQ starting at €30 per person (almost always off-site, possibly at a nearby restaurant). All drinks before, during, and after dinner billed separately.
Welcome drinks and refreshments throughout the day billed separately. Upon arrival, we include a treat for you and your clients in the price.
A day program with an additional team-building activity, workshop, or inspiring tour in the region (morning and afternoon sessions) available upon request. Starting at €25 per person.
A private room with a projector and screen and/or sound system, available before (or after) the event, upon request.
